When we got on to the subject of NATO’s White Helmets, the West Aleppo REAL Syrian Civil Defence crew became animated.  One of them, stepped forward and began to talk excitedly to our translator. He had been stationed in East Aleppo at a REAL Syrian Civil Defence unit based in an area that has since been overrun by Al Nusra Front and their associate terrorist gangs.

Again, we are unable, as we have said, to provide names of the men we spoke with. They are prime targets for the Al Nusra Front and company in East Aleppo. This crew member, lets call him ‘Khaled,’ described what happened when the terrorists (western media still call them “opposition” or “moderate rebels”) started to invade East Aleppo in 2012.

“They came in and they drove us out of our homes and they came to the Syria Civil Defence yard and they killed some of my comrades, they kidnapped others.  They wanted to force me to work with them.  I escaped at night.  I was forced to leave my teenage sons behind. They burned my house to the ground and they put my name on all the terrorist checkpoints so if I go back, they will kill me.”

Khaled went on to explain how those men who later became the White Helmets were among this first wave of terrorists:

“They are terrorists, not rescuers.  They stole our ambulances and three of our fire engines. They don’t do any rescue work.  They drive round with guns in the back of their car like any other terrorist.  Some are from East Aleppo, some are from Syria but not from Aleppo and some are even coming in from abroad.”

Granted, this might come as a shock to anyone who has already bought into the public relations image of the group that’s already been developed over three years by various agencies in New York, Washington DC and London, but these are the real accounts regarding what one might say is the true unmasked nature of the west’s White Helmets.

Is the Sydney Disaster Drill Really Just a Drill?

We “fringe dwellers” who have the annoying habit of actually analyzing government activities, documents, and rhetoric for the purposes of ascertaining accuracy, intent, motive, etc., are all painfully aware that – particularly since 9-11 – “emergency/disaster drills” have a nasty habit of transmogrifying into actual disasters. Of course, these are usually spun in the media as “terror attacks” by dastardly ISIS/IS/Muslims etc., but it invariably turns out – upon investigation – that the event has been staged and said “perpetrators” are merely pre-selected scapegoats and/or patsies used as pawns in a vast and disturbing geopolitical agenda being executed by some very powerful psychopaths (and a lot of useful idiots).

Hopefully this trend is not about to be continued in Sydney this Sunday with more ritually sacrificed civilians in another “drill-turned-terror-attack.”

Phil Hingston from Gumshoe News reported on August 24th that:

The good folks at Sydney’s Radio 2GB have kindly warned us all that this Sunday, the 28th of August, 2016, there is going to be a disaster drill.

Harbourside city in Sydney will be hosting the drill which involves a simulated crash of a Boeing 777 into the area around Barangaroo / Darling Harbour, close to the CBD.

Emergency response teams have been planning for this event for the past year!

According to Deputy Police Commissioner Mick Fuller, the simulation’s scenario calls for everyone on board the doomed flight to die in the fiery crash.

To add extra gravitas, an additional hundred or so hapless tourists on the ground are anticipated to perish as well.

The 777 has a passenger capacity of between 314 to 450, plus 100 tourists enjoying Sunday brunch by the harbor.

Thus the authorities are anticipating anywhere from 414 to 550 dead, wounded and mangled people, plus a lot of wrecked prime real estate!

We understand, from Assistant Commissioner Fuller, that the exercise will try to coordinate multiple government agencies from Police, Fire & Rescue, Ambulance, Health, State Emergency Services, the State Coroner.

Moreover, hundreds of volunteers will play the roles of concerned relatives getting in everybody’s way.

Important background and context follows. On December 15th, 2014, Global Freedom Movement reported on the “Sydney Siege” as it was happening:

News alert: there is currently what is most likely a state-sponsored false flag terrorist event occurring in the Sydney CBD. The media is claiming “ISIS” is holding thirteen (there’s that number again), or as many as twenty, people hostage in a cafe in Martin Place, dubbing the event the “Sydney Siege.”

Drills had been run in Sydney in the leadup to this event, but consider this from the same report about the “Sydney Siege”:

[There is the] continuation of a well established pattern: “The Australian Federal Police was scheduled to hold a media conference this morning on its disruption of terrorism operations in Western Sydney, but the event was cancelled soon after the siege began.”5

It’s virtually 9/11 or 7/7 (or Boston) all over again. The uncanny appearance of an improbable coincidence in a string of improbable coincidences in yet another “terror” (PSYOP) event stretches the credulity of even the most naïve observer (one hopes). Let’s get this straight: the AFP were scheduled to hold a conference today to discuss the disruption of terrorism operations when—wouldn’t you know it?—a terror event takes place and disrupts the conference?!

Remember the terror drills being run on 7/7 and 9/11 when—hey presto—“actual” (staged) terror events occurred? (And who can forget Operation Northwoods which, thankfully, never got off the ground?) More recently, this same thing happened with the (staged) Boston bombings event. The DHS admitted it had planned terror drills of the EXACT nature as the ones that unfolded on the very SAME day—BEFORE they “had a chance” to execute their own “drills.”

As Hingston points out, in mid-March, 2016, the Land of Oz had 3 significant visitors from the US of A: General James Clapper, head of the NSA (perhaps the most sinister and powerful of the known intel agencies), James Comey, head of the FBI, and John Brennan, head of the CIA. In case you’re wondering, that doesn’t bode well, not if you’re aware that even the Australian PM is not welcome in the secretive Pine Gap facility in Australia, or that Australian politicians as a whole affirm – tacitly or otherwise – all of the US government’s atrocities, human rights violations, and false flag attacks against its own people.

If anything happens on Sunday then you can expect to hear the usual tried and true obligatory apportionment of blame to IS/Muslim fanatics/terrorists (Arab of course) and that, as Hingston quips, “Australasia” (read: the US-Israel axis with Australia at its beck and call) is “now bombing Syria back to the Stone Age.”

We reported in the December 2014 article:

In October, following Australia’s largest counter terrorism raids, and after Australian jets begin Iraq airstrikes against “Islamic State targets”, [then] Prime Minister Tony Abbott praised the RAAF’s involvement against the IS “death cult”. “We sent our Super Hornets to the Middle East to do a job to protect Australia’s national interest,” Mr Abbott told reporters Sydney. At the time, Joe Hockey said the government would spend whatever it needed to defend Australia [read: serve the Israel-US axis and NWO agenda], despite the deteriorating federal budget.

Australia’s political and military obsequiousness vis a vis the US (and by extension the rogue state of Israel) is an embarrassing national disgrace.

To return to the primary point of the article, however, we suggest not being in the Barangaroo / Darling Harbour area in Sydney this Sunday. And should anyone feel that this is fear mongering, we have a litany of false flag events proving that none of us should, when it comes to our health and safety, ever trust the rhetoric and spin emanating from “our” governments. While the Australian and US governments try as hard and fast as possible to build a totally subservient thought-controlled populace it’s more important than ever to speak up and do it loudly.

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is our Frankenstein. The United States after a decade of war in Iraq pieced together its body parts. We jolted it into life. We bathed it in blood and trauma. And we gave it its intelligence. It’s dark and vicious heart of vengeance and war is our heart. It kills as we kill. It tortures as we torture. It carries out conquest as we carry out conquest. It is building a state driven by hatred for American occupation, a product of the death, horror and destruction we visited on the Middle East. ISIS now controls an area the size of Texas. It is erasing the borders established by French and British colonial powers through the 1916 Sykes-Picot Agreement. There is little we can do to stop it.

ISIS, ironically, is perhaps the only example of successful nation-building in the contemporary Middle East, despite the billions of dollars we have squandered in Iraq and Afghanistan. Its quest for an ethnically pure Sunni state mirrors the quest for a Jewish state eventually carved out of Palestine in 1948. Its tactics are much like those of the Jewish guerrillas who used violence, terrorism, foreign fighters, clandestine arms shipments and foreign money, along with horrific ethnic cleansing and the massacre of hundreds of Arab civilians, to create Israel. Antagonistic ISIS and Israeli states, infected by religious fundamentalism, would be irreconcilable neighbors. This is a recipe for apocalyptic warfare. We provided the ingredients.

I and Loretta Napoleoni, the author of the book “The Islamic Phoenix,” spoke at a Dec. 2 event in Manhattan at the headquarters of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. Napoleoni pointed out that the message imparted to Muslims by ISIS is radically different from that of other jihadist groups, especially al-Qaida. ISIS does not call for martyrdom and self-immolation. It has launched a jihad against secular and discredited regimes in the Middle East rather than against Western targets abroad. It is seeking to establish, as the Zionists did in Palestine, a utopian, religious state. It holds up the ancient Caliphate—which united Muslims throughout the Middle East in the seventh century and whose time is considered the golden age of Islam—as an ideal, much as Jews held up the biblical kingdoms chronicled in the Hebrew Bible. ISIS, to build its state, has called on engineers, doctors and technicians to immigrate to the area it controls. And ISIS, although devoted to a fundamentalist form of Salafist Islam, is thoroughly modern. It has mastered sophisticated forms of electronic communication and delivers its messages through social media. And unlike groups such as al-Qaida, which bans television sets and radios, it views the technical advances of modern society as an asset. The mixture of fundamentalist religion with modernity is a potent and intoxicating brew for disenfranchised Muslims. And ISIS has attained what peaceful uprisings in the Middle East have not—liberation from detested regimes, at least for now.

“Modern technology and a clear understanding of how our multipolar world functions, however, are not enough to succeed,” Napoleoni writes of the uprisings known as the Arab Spring. “Is it possible that the ‘smartphone uprisings,’ including the Arab Spring, failed where the Islamic State has succeeded because the latter is managed by a professional elite, which guides the rank and file, while the former finds itself at the mercy of their constant interaction and participation? If so, is the Islamic State’s model of nation-building more modern than that of the Arab Spring?”

Terror, as was true for the Jewish fighters in Palestine in the late 1940s, is an effective tool to intimidate opponents and accelerate ethnic cleansing. The fear of ISIS is its most potent weapon. Iraqi army troops, although better armed than ISIS fighters and outnumbering them, drop their U.S.-supplied weapons and flee before ISIS. Shiites abandon whole villages to ISIS. And all the U.S. advisers sent to put some spine in the Iraqi government forces have so far been unable to significantly stem the advance.

Sunni militants in Iraq consciously orchestrated the conflict between Sunnis and Shiites. This clash, as was true in the former Yugoslavia, is not the result of ancient ethnic hatreds. It was created for political expediency. When Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, a Jordanian radical, arrived in Iraq, he founded al-Tawhid al-Jihad. His group used forged documents to infiltrate over 100 fighters from al-Qaida, most of whom had been in Afghanistan, into Iraq. Zarqawi’s goal was to spark, under the cover of fighting the Western coalition forces, a sectarian conflict with the Shiites. He understood that a unified Shiite and Sunni state would thwart the dream of a Sunni Islamic state. He had to ignite a religious war. His group, in 2004, eventually became al-Qaida in Iraq and declared its loyalty to Osama bin Laden, who had initially rejected Zarqawi’s tactic of attacking Shiites. Zarqawi was killed in 2006. His death was followed a year later by the so-called Sunni awakening. By 2010 the radical group was almost extinct.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who claims to be a direct descendant of the Prophet and who holds a degree in Islamic studies from the University of Baghdad, was held in 2004 by U.S. forces in southern Iraq’s Camp Bucca, where he built a following among his fellow prisoners. He took over the leadership of Zarqawi’s organization, changed the name of the group to the Islamic State of Iraq and moved its members to Syria to fight in the civil war there. Once there, he amassed weapons and cash pouring into Syria from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. He used these resources to rebuild his group, not to help the rebels overthrow the Syrian regime. He began attacking other jihadist and rebel groups and craved out territory under his exclusive control. Al-Nusra, the al-Qaida-affiliated group in Syria, merged with the Islamic State of Iraq. The new group became the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS. ISIS has now seized control of enough resources to be self-sufficient. The group is estimated by The Wall Street Journal to earn $2 million a day in oil exports alone. And it has attracted an estimated 12,000 foreign fighters, including 2,000 from Europe. In June 2014 it declared the establishment of a new caliphate. The historical Caliphate, which lasted from the Prophet Muhammad’s death in 632 to 661, controlled a vast empire that stretched from the Arabian Peninsula and the Levant across North Africa and up to Central Asia. And religious militants have long held it up as the ideal for the Muslim state they seek to create. By 2011 Baghdadi had been designated by the U.S. State Department as a “specially designated global terrorist.”  The United States has posted a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to his capture or death.

“Technically speaking, the Caliphate is the religious and political authority that is above everybody else,” Napoleoni said earlier this month before the Society for Ethical Culture. “Every single Muslim government is automatically below the Caliph. This is a huge threat to countries like Saudi Arabia.”

ISIS is a mortal threat to the House of Saud. It is a open challenge to the religious authority of the Saudi ruling family, which is the custodian of Mecca, the site of the holiest shrine in Islam. It challenges, by anointing Baghdadi as caliph, the right of the Saudis to determine religious doctrine. And Baghdadi, in the eyes of many Muslims, has the aura that surrounded partisan leaders such as the Yugoslav Josip Broz Tito during World War II. Foreign recruits, crossing over the border from Turkey into Syria, will often fall to their knees, weep and pray before entering ISIS’ new Caliphate.

The danger, Napoleoni pointed out, is not that ISIS will invade Saudi Arabia, but that it will delegitimize the Saudi monarchy. This, she said, could trigger an upheaval inside the kingdom and threaten the viability of one of Washington’s most important allies in the Middle East. The group is seen as an anti-imperialist force because it is erasing the borders within the old Middle East drawn after World War I by European cartographers and because it defies the client states that are allied with Washington or, in the case of Syria, with Russia and the Shiite government in Tehran. Tribal communities, cut in half in the wake of World War I, are being reunited. At the same time ISIS is restoring a semblance of law and order, although the harsh Islamic law it imposes is unforgiving to those deemed to be apostates, including the Shiites.

“They are very sensitive to the needs of the population,” Napoleoni said of ISIS. The population, she pointed out, has “been plagued by war for a very long time. They have been plagued by warlords, by criminal groups, by jihadi groups, you name it. All of a sudden the Islamic State comes in and works so that people can have access to basic infrastructure such as water or electricity. They set up joint ventures with the local people in order to give the local people the opportunity to grow economically … and also to go back to the normality of life.”

This brutal order has ended the chaos that has dominated much of the region following the U.S. occupation of Iraq. It has instilled in Sunnis pride and even a feeling of omnipotence. And it has exposed as weak and ineffectual the corrupt forces that Washington put into place to administer Iraq.

“They are protecting the people from the internal, criminal organizations, warlords,” Napoleoni went on. “They are protecting the borders from the outside enemies. … I call it the shell state because of course these people don’t have the right of self-determination. They seek their consensus inside in order to achieve the kind of political identity that will transform a state shell into a real state. I think this is absolutely outstanding for an armed organization, because you know at the end of the day these guys are terrorists.”

What is a false flag event?

False flag (or black flag) describes covert military or paramilitary operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities, groups or nations than those who actually planned and executed them. Operations carried during peace-time by civilian organisations, as well as covert government agencies, may by extension be called false flag operations if they seek to hide the real organisation behind an operation.1

False flag events such as these, are staged heavily, more and more frequently, as the years pass. False flag operations and assassinations are a central component of the elaborate psychological warfare campaign waged on the public to justify the so-called “global war on terrorism,” and the events of September 11, 2001 are this project’s cornerstone.2

Though you won’t see it reported on mainstream TV outlets (due to their state sponsorship and global scripts they abide by when reporting news), Western covert operators were behind events such as “Bali, Madrid, London 7/7, 9/11. Because the mainstream media are integral to the Industrial Military Academic Intelligence Media complex,” journalist Barrie Zwicker observes, “the cold-blooded technicians of death face no journalistic scrutiny. Without moral, legal, technical or financial constraints, the black operators range freely, executing the orders of the global oligarchies.”3

Tactical Response

Well, we predicted this. When the ridiculous media stir over the “Sword of Terror” didn’t strike quite enough fear into the hearts of Sydney siders and Australia in general, we figured it was just the beginning; more drastic measures would need to be taken by the State in a more daring and extreme PSYOP to subdue the people, destroy all last traces of freedom, and distract us completely from major (and abhorrent) legislation being passed right under our noses.

Personally I have never been so gutted for getting it right—and I pray that the State doesn’t sacrifice any more innocent bystanders in its endless efforts to garner more funding for the war in (read: on) the Middle East, and the Elite’s grab for total global domination.

A flag in the window of the Lindt cafe, earlier reported to be the militant Islamist ISIS banner, is now thought to be a shahada flag, or the black flag of Islam, which is a general expression of faith in Islam. [More state/media sponsored divide and conquer strategy]

The faces of at least three customers and workers could be seen pressed against the cafe window with their eyes closed, holding up the flag.

The ABC reported:

“Witnesses have reported hearing loud bangs that sounded like gun shots.” The area has been shut down, the nearby Westpac Bank and a Channel Seven office evacuated.

There are unconfirmed reports that the hostage takers, in a call to Sydney radio station 2GB, claimed there were devices placed around the city and that they had demanded to speak a senior Australian public figure. [That ought to make everyone nice and paranoid! I guess the “sword of terror” debacle didn’t quite have everyone convinced! In fact, even mainstream journalists “took a sword” to that narrative, if you’ll forgive the pun.]

Some reports said there were up to 20 people inside the cafe. Seven [STATE] News said: “It’s believed at least 13 hostages are being held in the cafe.”4

Sydney Siege PSYOP

In what is obviously a calculated form of predictive programming, the police (via the news media) reported on “terror raids” in Sydney in September of this year, and—wouldn’t you know it?—they foiled a “horrifying plot to behead a random member of the Australian public in Sydney’s Martin Place, drape them in an Islamic State flag and behead them on camera.”7 (emphasis added)

We pray no one at the “Sydney Siege” is hurt today, and one shudders at the prospect of an ACTUAL beheading having to be carried out due to the lack of a green screen and studio with which to fake such an event (as we saw recently in the international news media with the bogus green screen “beheadings” during which the “beheadees” didn’t even flinch as the knife began its work).

More to the point, we are obviously seeing the playing out of a carefully planned narrative conjured by the State (read: Shadow Government), designed to induce the public into an acceptance of

  1. Increased military funding for the war on and (Rothschild) takeover of the Middle East,
  2. The sense of an ever-present (but illusory) threat that could strike at any minute, thus justifying increased “security” measures in the city (read: restrictions and curtailments on remaining basic freedoms), and
  3. Increased militarization of the police force, and heightened military presence.

The latter two points fall under the banner of “Problem, Reaction, Solution”, and are staples of the State Terrorist Entity under which our conditioned “civilized” society lives: Scare the people witless; wait for them to demand government protection; enact the draconian measures you had planned all along.

“This is obviously a deeply concerning incident but all Australians should be reassured that our law enforcement and security agencies are well trained and equipped and are responding in a thorough and professional manner,” Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott says.

Well of course they are well trained! Who do we think orchestrates these bogus drills and staged terror events? The State does–time and time again. This is very well established in the historical literature and government documentation, and all independent (not state-sponsored) journalists are familiar with this fact. 9-11 is arguably the most obvious and classic example.

What is a PSYOP?

Major Ed Rouse (Ret.) explains the concept quite well:

…planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of organizations, groups, and individuals. Used in all aspects of war, it is a weapon whose effectiveness is limited only by the ingenuity of the commander using it.

A proven winner in combat and peacetime, PSYOP is one of the oldest weapons in the arsenal of man. It is an important force protector/combat multiplier and a non-lethal weapons system.

[a PSYOP is] the planned use of communications to influence human attitudes and behavior … to create in target groups behavior, emotions, and attitudes that support the attainment of national objectives. The form of communication can be as simple as spreading information covertly by word of mouth or through any means of multimedia.

A psychological warfare campaign is a war of the mind.8

As the Christmas lights are hung, and the carols are being sung, let us return to the Terrorfying Sword of Destiny. Who can forget the horrific, frightening, and powerful images broadcast nationally during “counter-terrorism raids” to instil fear into the population with the news that one man was charged with conspiring to behead a random person in Sydney’s CBD?

The damning evidence? A sword, later revealed to be a plastic decoration common in almost every Shiite Muslim household. A sword that wouldn’t be able to cut a cucumber.

The man detained in relation to the sword, Mustafa Dirani, a 21-year-old part-time painter said his parents bought the plastic sword at a night market in Sydney. It has been on display in the family home for years. In the media storm that followed the events of the 18th September, the date which Australian police launched the largest anti-terror raids in Australian history, it was widely reported that “AFP officers had confiscated a sword for forensic testing, with some stories picturing the ceremonial sword sealed inside a federal police evidence bag.”

Headlines read:

Daily Mail: Was this the lethal sword terror cell planned to use to behead an innocent victim on a Sydney street?9

Daily Telegraph: Claims of a plan to behead as Prime Minister reveals terrorism plot came from Islamic State10

Many articles by Fairfax Media described the sword as large and curved with a gold handle and engraved with Arabic writing. In the article “Sword taken from duplex”, News Corp’s Courier-Mail directly linked the object with the threat of beheadings: “More than 1m long, the sword was carried from the home in a federal police evidence bag (right). Police believe its owner was one of at least 15 men plotting to kidnap an Australian from the streets and decapitate them.”11

The Australian Federal Police refused to explain why the sword was seized or to confirm that it was plastic. “The AFP does not comment on ongoing investigations,” a spokeswoman said. Why would we expect any accountability or transparency at this point, after all?

The warrant from the Australian Federal Police still sits on a bookshelf in the family’s duplex home. It says: ‘Between 8 May 2014 and 17 September 2014 in the state of NSW and elsewhere, Mustafa Dirani did engage in other acts in preparation for or planning terrorist acts contrary to Section 101.6 of the Criminal Code’.12

One might be forgiven for asking the obvious: where is the evidence to substantiate these claims and this poorly-cobbled-together narrative? As usual, there is little to none. The sword incident amounted to nothing but an attempt to prosecute an innocent man as part of the Shadow Government’s agenda for totalitarian control.

Let’s take a look at a larger “Terrorfying” narrative and see where it’s leading. Reporter Eryk Bagshaw has summarised some key developments since the “Islamic State” released footage of US journalist James Foley being “beheaded” in August.

  • 1 September 2014 – Foreign minister Julie Bishop says “ISIS is Australia’s responsibility” following intelligence that up to 60 Australians could be fighting for the group in Iraq and Syria.
  • 3 September 2014 – ISIS releases footage of US journalist Steven Sotloff being “beheaded”
  • 10 September 2014 – President Obama launches an open ended bombing campaign on Islamic State “strongholds” in Iraq
  • 10 September 2014 – A Brisbane book store owner, Omar Succarieh, is arrested in Brisbane on charges of supporting terrorism. He is also the brother of Australia’s first [alleged] suicide bomber, Ahmad Succarieh, who is suspected of detonating himself and a truck load of explosives in north-eastern Syria.
  • 11 September 2014 – The CIA estimates that there are up to thee times the number of people for Islamic State as previously thought. “They can muster between 20,000 and 31,500 fighters across Iraq and Syria,” a CIA spokesman said. [It helps when the Western powers and Israel covertly fund you.]
  • 12 September 2014 – ASIO director David Irvine raises the Australian terror alert to high.
  • 14 September 2014 -Islamic State releases footage of British aid worker David Haines being “beheaded” [all inverted commas around “beheaded” added by GFM]
  • 15 September 2014 – Prime Minister Tony Abbott declares war on the “Islamic Death Cult” and announces that 200 special forces troops will be on the ground in Iraq within days, along with 400 air personnel, up to eight FA-18 Super Hornets, and two other aircraft.
  • 18 September 2014 – Australian police launch the largest anti-terror raids in Australian history.13
  • 19 September 2014 [this and following points added by GFM] – police claim the raids foiled a “horrifying plot to behead a random member of the Australian public in Sydney’s Martin Place.”
  • 24 September 2014 – Counter-Terrorism Legislation Amendment (Foreign Fighters) Bill 2014 is introduced and read for the first time
  • 30 October 2014 – Above Bill is passed into legislation by both Houses
  • 15 December 2014 – Australian Federal Police conference on disruptive terror events is—surprise, surprise—disrupted by a terror event in Martin Place, allegedly orchestrated by Islamic extremists in ISIS. Conveniently the MYEFO (Mid-Year Economic and Fiscal Outlook) announcement scheduled to be made by Treasurer Joe Hockey is delivered as the mass-distraction unfolds, as we have seen many times before.

Hockey describes the MYEFO report as a “Shock Absorber”, in which he’ll “slash foreign aid and reveal a massive blowout in this year’s deficit.” Over the next four years, deficits will almost double to $100 billion, proving to Australians that the nation’s finances cannot improve without reforms to taxes and spending.

A double-edged sword, the MYEFO’s clash with the “Sydney Siege” could serve many purposes…

  1. To disguise the budget blow out, and justify the alterations made within its pages
  2. To use the opportunity to funnel more funds into counter-terrorism practices, national security and defence
  3. To bring in tighter, more covert, hastily introduced “Terrorism Laws” which invade your privacy and erode your freedoms more than ever before
  4. To instill more fear, separation, and hatred into the public, uniting them against a common [manufactured] enemy.

In point of fact, the Prime Minister of the corporation known as Australia, had already preempted and confirmed points 2 and 3 above in a speech to Parliament on the 22nd of September, as we discovered while researching this article:

Regrettably, for some time to come, Australians will have to endure more security than we are used to and more inconvenience than we would like. Regrettably, for some time to come, the delicate balance between freedom and security may have to shift. There may be more restrictions on some so that there can be more protection for others. After all, the most basic freedom of all is the freedom to walk the streets unharmed and to sleep safe in our beds at night.

With the events today in Martin Place, we have, as scripted, the perfect justification for the increased curtailment of freedom and heightened imposition of “security measures” that Abbott spoke of so “presciently” in September. The agenda is clear and couldn’t be easier to follow. If you aren’t convinced yet, Abbott wasn’t done. In the same speech, he added:

Today, I pledge that our security agencies will have all the resources and authority that they reasonably need. In August, the government committed an additional $630 million to the Australian Federal Police, Customs and Border Protection, the Australian Security and Intelligence Organisation, the Australian Secret Intelligence Service and the Office of National Assessments.

Additional ASIO and ASIS officers are being recruited and deployed; biometric screening will start to be introduced at international airports within 12 months; and more Border Force personnel are now being deployed to international airports. Before Christmas, the government will respond to the review of the national security apparatus that is now underway.14

What ELSE has the government has been getting up to before Christmas, we ask?

This year’s budget deficit is now set to exceed $40 billion, more than $10 billion above it’s initial forecast. Some of the money will be redirected to fund new spending decisions, boosting national security and the deployment of troops to the Middle East. Interesting. ABC news reported in October, Finance Minister Mathias Cormann “will not rule out raising taxes to help pay for Australia’s mission in Iraq and a recent funding boost to national security agencies.”15

As always, it’s sickening to watch public tax dollars go to displacing, killing, and maiming defenceless civilian populations in faraway lands, on the basis of staged terror events. Hockey seems approving, however: Since revealing its awfully-received budget in May, the Government has given national security agencies an extra $630 million over four years, and estimated that the military deployment to the Middle East will cost about $500 million per year. Federal Treasurer Joe Hockey said investment in the Middle East military campaign was “money well spent” but meant finding new sources of funding. Where has this funding come from? You and I. It’s our dollars that are being spent during the ongoing support of massive corporations, and the direct funding of war.

Will the “Sydney Siege” ensure the allocation of even more funding for “counter-terrorism” purposes? Only time will tell.

In October, following Australia’s largest counter terrorism raids, and after Australian jets begin Iraq airstrikes against “Islamic State targets”, Prime Minister Tony Abbott praised the RAAF’s involvement against the IS “death cult”. “We sent our Super Hornets to the Middle East to do a job to protect Australia’s national interest,” Mr Abbott told reporters Sydney. At the time, Joe Hockey said the government would spend whatever it needed to defend Australia, despite the deteriorating federal budget. Much to our surprise, Hockey, as a politician, has kept to his word.16

When will we take a step back, turn off the TV, do our homework, and realise how we are being played here? The last place we’ll garner the truth from is the state-sponsored corporate media outlets, or the puppet masters of the Government, so it is incumbent upon us to use our sovereign will to get at the truth using our own nous and intelligence. Generally speaking, that would be the government’s worst nightmare.
