I have loved two women in my life, still love them and always will even though they are no longer with me. Perhaps I failed them, though I doubt either will say so, but a man has more duties on his shoulders than just to love a woman. He must also love the world.
To love a woman is of course not a duty but a gift, yet this gift imposes duties, for a woman can never be neglected, just as a man can never be neglected by the woman he loves. Love is all-consuming. And love is time-consuming.
Let us contemplate for a moment the absurdity of celibate men who have never known sex or loved a woman making sexual rules for those of us who live a normal life. Yes, they do abstain from procreation and have given up their sacred right to love a woman and beget children to be able to justify imposing limitations on our reproductive rights, and to be free of family bonds and unrestricted in their scope and actions by the interests of their own families or blinded by the love of their own wives and children. But it is their very ignorance of love and women, and their lack of children, who command and even greater and a far purer love, that hinders their ability to make proper decisions on how and why to limit mankind’s sexuality.
They do not know what it is like to become one with the woman you love and to always hold her in your heart. Nor do they know what it is like to hold your child in your arms, your own flesh and blood reincarnated in a better form. They do not know what it is like to be a link in the chain of eternity. Nor do they know how love purifies the soul, strengthens the spirit, and lends man the power to move mountains. How could they know?
The Church claims divine right over marriage and society. Its divine right, however, is 2000 years old and has been diluted by the bureaucracy of organized religion and corrupted by the autocracy and interests of the Church, both of which are now in their 266th generation, if one is to go by the number of popes, and in their 66th generation, if one is to go by the classic definition of a generation, which is 30 years.
Here is an interesting side note. 2000 years, the age of Christianity, divided by 30, the length of a generation, equals 66.666. Numerologists will have a field day with that. I for one don’t put much stock in the purportedly occult meaning of numbers, but no one can pretend that the system we now live in is not evil by any definition.
The Church’s divine right is superseded by the divine message and mission I received in the Palau Islands and Iguazu Falls in 2004, a message that undoubtedly came from a higher intelligence, if not from God himself, and that has given me the strength, the endurance, the courage and the intelligence to wrestle with the Beast that now governs us and pin it to the ground where all of us must now stomp its head and send it to the netherworld where it belongs.
Evil arose from our divisions and grew from our refusal to love and respect each other and to love and respect the world. The Beast is of our own making and only we can unmake it. I am here to lead you in the war against evil. And the Church better get behind me or the wrath of God and the ire of Man will fall upon each and every Church Father and each and every cleric who thinks he can hide behind silence.
Love is unconditional. Love is kind. But love also demands the greatest sacrifices.
If you love your spouse, children, parents and the world this is the time to stand up and be counted for if you do not you are by default on evil’s side and you will be punished accordingly both in this and in the afterlife.
My warning goes to all, clerics and laypeople alike, because we are all responsible for making the Beast and we must all contribute to unmaking it before it kills us all and drags the entire world down with it.
Extraordinary sacrifices and unconditional love is what God expects from all of us now.
There is no neutrality between good and evil. You are either on one side or on the other. If we lose the light there will be perpetual night.
DECIDE.

Empty Churches
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 87.5 Kg or 193 lbs.
- Weight today: 87 kg or 191.8 lbs.
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.5 Kg (1.1 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 10.4 Kg (23 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 11 kilometers (6.8 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 205 kilometers (127.4 miles)
The churches are empty even here, in Rome, at the heart of Christendom. Tourists outnumber worshippers 100 to 1. Hardly anyone attends mass. People enter churches only to view the art and take pictures. I have walked into daily church services here in Rome where the priests were all alone and performing mass to an empty church.
The situation elsewhere in the West is even more dismal. In North America churches are not even open. They are locked and the doors open only once or twice a week during service. If you want to walk into a church and pray you are out of luck. You have to go to the woods or not pray at all.
What is true for lay people is also true for clerics. The Church cannot find enough priests to assign to the growing number of churches without one. Young men don’t enter seminaries anymore and fewer priests are ordained every year. Africa supplies some, but in Africa people become Christian to escape poverty and choose the vocation as a ticket out of poverty or even out of Africa.
Soon there will be no one to celebrate the sacraments. The number of priestless parishes has increased from 3% in 1960 to 16% in 2003 and it is even higher today, so high that the number of parishes that have closed their doors for lack of priests is hidden. And the ratio of laypeople per priest has climbed from 875 to 1 in 1981 to 1,429 to 1 in 2001 and to about 3,200 to 1 today, but few of the people counted as Christians ever attend mass, myself included.
Throughout Christendom faith is dying. That is true for Catholics, Protestants and Orthodox alike. Why?
The obvious answer is that secularism prevails. But why does secularism prevail in the West and not elsewhere in the world? Some say it is the result of industrialization, but do not explain why industrialization should kill spirituality. Others say that Christianity is rigid and no longer reflects the needs of modern man, but fail to explain why our religion is incapable of changing with the times. Others yet say it is a consequence of comfort, of better standards of living, which is why in times of hardship people turn back to religion, but fail to explain why religion no longer nourishes man’s spirit, which needs nourishment in times of peace and plenty as well as in times of war and scarcity.
While all of the above are true what is even truer is that spirituality in the West has been killed by the depopulation genocide, to which all Christian denominations have made themselves a party to. There can be no faith in anything when man is killing man and when religious leaders collude in genocide. Spiritually, the mass murder is reflected in the universal subconscious, which is why an increasing number of people are incapable of believing in anything and have as a result severe mental and emotional problems.
Physiologically, spirituality suffers because the organ that allows us to commune with God, the pineal gland, is calcified by depopulation poisons, especially fluoride. Just as it is impossible to see well with cataracts it is equally impossible to feel the divine without an intact pineal gland.
And demographically, the depopulation genocide has simply reduced the number of people born in the West and this has changed the ratio between Christians and other religions where the population has continued to increase. As the population rapidly decreases, at least that of native Europeans, the churches continue to empty, just like the villages and the small towns.
Spirituality in the West has been killed by Christians themselves, which is why our lives are so dreadfully empty and our people are so terribly miserable.
If faith in God was being replaced by faith in Man that wouldn’t be such a bad thing, but that is not the case. On the contrary, we no live in the era of mistrust and cynicism. Unless we succeed in turning our lost faith in God into a newly gained faith in Man, cynicism into altruism, and hopelessness into hope, we will perish by our own hand, for we will not be able to stop the depopulationists from killing us.
And if by a miracle we do manage to stop them we will not be able to institute a system in which the fundamental problems posed by our primal instincts, the need to procreate and the need to survive, will be addressed in a manner other than the current covert depopulation and coerced globalization.
A new and better world is not possible without a New Axial Age. No current religion can possibly reflect how we feel, what we think and how we want the world to be. They are all expressions of long past generations, the whispers of the dead.
Mankind has no future without a new and universal belief system, and that belief system must revolve around Man’s ability to live in the image of God.
What we need is faith in ourselves.

An Imprisoned Church
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 88.3 Kg or 194.7 lbs.
- Weight today: 87.5 Kg or 193 lbs.
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.8 Kg (1.8 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 9.9 Kg (21.8 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 26 kilometers (16.2 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 194 kilometers (121 miles)
A deep blue sky graces Rome today and it is playfully dotted with puffy white clouds that move swiftly through frisky and crisp spring air. It is as though the universe has just created it. And it is thrilling to watch.
On celestial and earthly issues, the Church has been plain wrong in the past and has insisted on defending its errors to great detriment to society. The best examples that come immediately to mind are the Church’s insistence, at least until the Early Middle Ages, that the earth is flat, and its later delusion, which lasted until the 18th century, that the sun revolves around the earth. Even more horribly wrong has been its treatment of women that culminated in the depredations of the Inquisition.
Today, the Church’s fatal error is to insist on prohibiting artificial means of birth control and this error has reached its apex in the devastating methods of covert population control that are gradually killing us all. This error, like all previous errors insisted upon by the Church, is rooted in its fixation on social stability and defended by a deep mistrust of man and his perceived inability to curtail his animal urges.
I am here in Rome, to prove to the Church that we, common men, can bridle our primal instincts and be their masters. I am here to show the Church that we, common men, can and will make supreme sacrifices for the common good and for Mother Nature, but that we will not be sacrificed at its altar for social stability. I am here to also help the Church move with the times and to unshackle it from the prison it has locked itself in; the prison of doctrinal thinking.
The only constant in the universe is movement, and with movement comes change. The flow of time and matter cannot be arrested, for if they are the universe ceases to exist. What is true for the universe is also true for society. That is a lesson the Church has yet to assimilate in its thinking and conduct. Its focus has always been on social stability, to soften the turbulent swings of history and alleviate the human condition. Yet in attempting to secure this stability at all costs it closed its eyes to change and expected the world to stand still along with its will and dictates. God, alas, does not obey man, which is why Nature is not at man’s command and never will be.
We can work with Nature, not defy her. We can curb our urges, but only to a point where such deprivation does not become a source of illness. To avoid sickening ourselves and destroying the planet, the best course of action is to use artificial birth controls, for in so doing we free religious and secular authorities of the need to poison us into sterility and early death.
In understanding that neither time nor matter can be stalled in their cosmic dance, the Church can keep its Doctrine of Papal Infallibility and explain change of Church teachings not as a repudiation of past magisterial decisions, but as complementary changes dictated by the will of God through the perpetual motion of time and matter and thus of human circumstance.
It is not that previous Popes were wrong; it is just that circumstances have changed. 2000 years ago it was right for Christ to say be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and govern it. Today that advice is unsound, neigh downright irresponsible and certainly unwise. The Church cannot be unwise without doing great harm to the world.
I am here, by God’s will and command, to lend the Church my wisdom, which is God’s wisdom, and to set the world of man aright and bring it back in synch with His creation.
Church Fathers pay heed to what I tell you, for that is God’s command.
Let the Son of Man unchain you.
DAY ELEVEN

I am here to tear your Heart out
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 88.7 Kg (195.6 lbs.)
- Weight today: 88.3 Kg or 194.7 lbs.
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.4 Kg (0.9 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 9.1 Kg (20.1 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 11 kilometers (6.8 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 178 kilometers (111 miles)
I am here to tear your heart out and replace it with mine. Yours is old, tired, bitter and sick. Mine is young, fresh, pure and healthy. Yours is stuck in the past and has been on life support for a very long time whereas mine beats in the present and beats with the power of a drum.
Evil arises not from man’s conscious thoughts but his false beliefs. Even the most gruesome acts of cruelty done by the Church were always intended to spare society of greater evils. Where the Church fails again and again is not in having the right objectives, but in using the wrong methods and imposing unnecessary pain and restrictions.
In our time, church fathers err in believing that contraceptives alter in any way the purity of intercourse between man and woman. They do not. So they force governments to covertly poison us into sterility to prevent the moment of conception physiologically in the hope of preserving the spiritual integrity of the sexual act, its purity of intent, so to say.
But these men have never slept with let alone loved a woman and have no clue that the bond between a man and a woman cannot be destroyed by a mere contraceptive.
Love is of the mind and heart not of the groin. Love is not impaired even by the terrible obstacles and burdens of society so how could it be possibly impaired by an artificial object that serves merely for temporary use.
The Church must revise its doctrine on birth control so the world can abandon genocide and begin, for the first time in its history, an era of peace and of conscious living; peace not only without war but also without poison and without structural violence, and living not just for ourselves but also for future generations and for all life on earth.
Until such time the Church is responsible for the destruction of humanity and of humaneness.

The Son of Man
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 89.3 Kg (196.9 lbs.)
- Weight today: 88.7 Kg (195.6 lbs.)
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.6 Kg (1.3 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 8.7 Kg (19.2 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 12 kilometers (7.5 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 167 kilometers (104 miles)
The Church does not want the world to see that we, the Sons of Men, are capable of greater sacrifices than the Son of God. For while Jesus Christ was forced into torture and suffering by the ugliness of his own people and the callousness of the Romans to free us from our sins, I am forcing myself into torture and suffering to save mankind from murder by the ugliness of our church fathers and the callousness of our elected officials.
Let it be known that the Son of Man is here, for I am He. And that I will stay here until the world returns to sanity and decency.
No force on Earth will deter me from the task given to me by God himself in the Palau Islands and Iguazu Falls.
Should the Church ignore the signs it will repeat the crime done to its founder 2000 years ago and God will judge it as harshly as He has judged and continues to judge the Jews.

A new Ethos
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 90 Kg (198.4 lbs.)
- Weight today: 89.3 Kg (196.9 lbs.)
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.7 Kg (1.5 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 8.1 Kg (17.9 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 21 kilometers (13 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 155 kilometers (96.3 miles)
The Catholic Church and especially the Vatican elicit a lot of negative feelings nowadays even from among Catholics. Universal ill-feelings are never unfounded. The rift between Church authorities and the flock is as great as the rift between governments and the people…and growing. Both rifts have the same underlying cause, the covert depopulation and coerced globalization axis the world has revolved around since 1945 and the collusion of religious and secular authorities in genocide, dishonesty and deception. Ultimately, this collusion in genocide reflects the arrogance of the elites and the obsolete nature of hierarchical structures.
What the world needs now is not more control by State and Church and the institutions they command, but a new ethos. Only a new ethos can save the world, not institutional force and structural violence. And for this new ethos to emerge the truth must be freed.
As it is, the elites poison us into extinction partly from desperation at the impotence of their governing structures and also partly from a sick belief that they are the chosen and we are the damned. And everything they do is intended to turn this sick belief into self-fulfilling prophecy. We cannot let them get away with this.
I believe I have spelled out the character of our emerging ethos better than anyone else in the OM Principles and that we now need to organize and implement these principles before there is nothing left of humanity and nature.
For those who have forgotten, here are the OM Principles:
ECONOMY
An economy of inclusion not exclusion.
PRINCIPLE 1
PROPORTIONAL INCOME AND EQUAL TAXATION
The income gap will be addressed through universal rules and firm legislation that tie the highest earner to the lowest in every industry and between every industry, be it private or public, at a ratio of 1 to 10 and through proportional wage increases and profit sharing programs across the board and equal taxation limited at 25% of income. No more CEOs or bankers who earn 600 times an employee’s salary. Exorbitant profits at the top will be replaced with prosperity for all by legislating that the highest earners cannot bring in more than 10 times what the lowest earners bring in.
PRINCIPLE 2
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT BY HUMAN NEED
Investment and strategic development decisions will be made by human need and supported by science and foresight and will no longer be made by bankers and the stock market and their special interest groups. Need not greed will henceforth inform economic policy. Self-serving regulations that have led to the corruption of the system and a depraved collusion between big business and politics will be replaced with rational and fair regulations that benefit society at large.
PRINCIPLE 3
INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION NOT PREDATORY COMPETITION
Sustainable development and collaborative and cooperative industrial and agricultural activity will replace the destructive development and predatory and competitive practices of today. Corporate entities too big to fail will be broken up or dissolved and industrial production will be duplicated from region to region to be run independently and locally, free of monopolies and in the spirit of cooperation and sharing and not with the goal of destroying the competition and increasing market share. No more too big to fail and no more predatory practices that drive employment conditions and wages down by pitting workers in the developing world against workers in the developed world and make life unbearable for the working man and employment unstable.
PRINCIPLE 4
WORK AS A RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE
Employment in today’s fully monetized economies must be enshrined as a right and not seen as a privilege. Everyone must and will be working. If the private sector cannot provide employment the public sector will through infrastructure development, food production and home construction on a massive scale to prevent poverty and desperation and to empower people to be in control of their lives and destinies by giving them the tools necessary to fill in the gaps left open by the free market. Work is a right not a privilege and universal wellbeing depends on society’s ability to include each and every one in the creation of wealth in a free market that is not free to abuse and exploit.
PRINCIPLE 5
HAND AND HEAD WORK FOR ALL
The division of labour between manual and intellectual work leads again and again to social division and ultimately to class war. The new socio-economic system must henceforth not only enable but demand from each and every individual the opportunity for both types of labour, manual and intellectual, according to the individual’s skills and abilities. This will eradicate disdain for manual labour, the monopolization of professions, unfair income gaps between manual and intellectual labour, and the tyranny of technocrats, bureaucrats and intellectuals over the working man. It will naturally lead to a fair economy and a respectful society. It will also ensure a healthier life by alternating sedentary intellectual work with active manual work within the work week of every man and woman. Everyone must work with their hands and with their heads and society must be redesigned to provide opportunities for dual employment.
POLITICS
Global democracy not autocracy
PRINCIPLE 6
GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE
Politics is too important to be left to politicians. Direct democracy through referenda for the most important decisions and truly representative democracy for daily governance are the answers to today’s state dysfunction and self-serving political class. The political class will be replaced by rotating representatives of the populace elected locally every two years to represent a cross-section of society for one and only one term of office in life. This will free democracies of the tyranny of lawyers and will ensure that government is composed of members of all professions and income groups. It will also prevent the monopolization of political power by the established elite and their manipulation by interest groups.
PRINCIPLE 7
NEITHER GREED NOR ARTIFICIAL EQUITY
No bill shall pass into law that compromises the highest standards of international law, violate the individual’s dignity, or alter the division of wealth and labour advocated by OM. Never again will humanity allow capitalist greed and class-interest to divide us by giving rise to immoral and destructive inequities. Nor will we ever again allow communism’s artificial division of wealth through misguided methods of redistribution to destroy private initiative and entrepreneurship.
PRINCIPLE 8
NO INSTRUMENTS OF WAR
Every nation that chooses to be governed according to the principles of OM will immediately dissolve its standing armed forces and shift their resources and manpower to existing and newly created civilian institutions tasked with assisting the implementation of the massive work- and wealth-creation programmes necessary to ensure universal prosperity and economic stability. Never again will the military-industrial establishment and the mentality of war waste earth’s precious resources and disrupt peace on earth by pitting nation against nation.
PRINCIPLE 9
OPEN BORDERS
Every nation that chooses to be governed according to the principles of OM will immediately open its borders to allow the unrestricted movement and resettlement of people regardless of their origin as well as unrestricted trade with nations that reciprocate in full the practice of free and fair trade. Never again will capital enslave labour by taking advantage of national or regional differences to exploit the working man and to shackle him in economic bondage.
PRINCIPLE 10
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS UNDER DEMOCRATIC CONTROL
The United Nations will be reformed by dissolving the Security Council and by ensuring that each member of the General Assembly is voted into office by general elections at the regional level and that he/she has no affiliation whatsoever to the ruling party and no contact with the national authorities for as long as he/she serves in office. The role of the people-elected UN General Assembly will be that of a global government limited to working towards a one nation world by coordinating a plan for global unity that adheres strictly to the highest standards of international law, but that allows enclaves of stubborn regional and cultural differences to live by their norms and values as long as they are limited to clearly delineated geographic areas and do not impose their rules on global citizens who pass through or choose to or have to reside in their areas of control.
SOCIETY
A humane and just society where every individual is respected and nature protected
PRINCIPLE 11
GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS, GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP
Nations are obsolete and stand in the way of developing a global consciousness and of working together to solve new and old problems. When capitalism’s economic cycles arrive at recession or depression politicians blame outsiders, leading to conflict between nations, and prejudice displaces reason within the population, leaving the weak, the foreign and the disenfranchised vulnerable to abuse. Open borders not detention camps, healing centres not prisons, brotherhood not animosity, peace corps not armies is what we all want but fail to find because we are trapped in nationalism. Only by thinking of the world as our home and of every human being on earth as our cousin will we succeed in finding peace, serving justice and bringing prosperity to all. Our actions must reflect our ability to think globally, for only then will we give ourselves the freedom to be global citizens and the benefits of a global economy.
PRINCIPLE 12
CIVILIZATION WITHIN NATURE
The natural balance has been destroyed by human civilization and needs to be restored at all costs because the future of mankind depends on it. Technological innovation, energy savings, individual and corporate reductions in the carbon footprint, and emissions trading will not bring down greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level necessary to prevent let alone reverse climate change. Nor will any of these measures free the space now occupied by industrial and agricultural activity back to nature so that ecosystems can regenerate and corridors of life can be created that are large enough to allow nature to take its course. Only by reducing our numbers will we be able to restore the natural balance and to ensure that human civilization continues to evolve within nature’s limits. To reach equilibrium between civilization and nature our numbers will have to decrease by half and this can only occur if the next three generations adopt a one child policy. Without the will and the wisdom to reduce our numbers humanity will self-destruct.
PRINCIPLE 13
INDIVIDUAL DIGNITY
The individual is more important than institutions. Institutions that demand from individuals that they surrender their own judgements and consciences to safeguard their place within a bureaucracy and the bureaucracy itself do not deserve to exist and have to be replaced by new institutions. Our current system is partly failing us because it is sustained by bureaucracies that kill individual dignity and take away man’s ability to make value judgements that are subtle and humane. The social, economic and political package envisioned by the 99% puts man at the centre of civilization and compassion at the forefront of society, giving hope and dignity to all.
PRINCIPLE 14
THE GOLDEN RULE
The wisdom of the ages, to treat others the way we want to be treated ourselves, must be inculcated in our psyche through education and once again allowed to flourish by a socio-economic organization and by political and legal structures that do not force the individual to act contrary to the Golden Rule. The current capitalist economy and class-structured societies are antithetical to the Golden Rule and allow individuals only to pay lip service to it. Without the ethical guidance of the Golden Rule mankind will not advance to the higher level of consciousness we need to think of one another as family, to work for each other as brothers, to treat nature as our mother, and to share and to love one another without expectations of advantage or ulterior motives.
PRINCIPLE 15
ONE MAN ONE GOD
No one man and no religion knows the will or nature of God. The spiritual domain and the divine that inhabits it must be freed from the arrogance of organized religion and surrendered to the individual and our innate spirituality so that we may all seek and find our own God. Spirituality thus freed will strip away the dogmas and hierarchies of organized religion and consign them to the past so that they will be looked upon as traditions we have outgrown and respected as historic necessities that helped us find unity and decency at the heart of the elemental universal consciousness that inhabits us and that we inhabit. Organized religions must cede ground to individual spirituality if human beings are to live in the image of God.
The OM Principles are published in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Arabic, Romanian, Albanian, Russian and Spanish and can be downloaded free of cost here.

How to Hunger
- Weight at start: 97.4 Kg (214.7 lbs.)
- Weight yesterday: 90.6 Kg (199.7 lbs.)
- Weight today: 90 Kg (198.4 lbs.)
- Weight loss since yesterday: 0.6 Kg (1.3 lbs.)
- Weight loss since start: 7.4 Kg (16.3 lbs.)
- Distance walked yesterday: 23 kilometers (14.3 miles)
- Distance walked since start: 134 kilometers (83.3 miles)
Before I discuss how to hunger, lose weight and strengthen your mind, let me give you a brief account of what has happened yesterday and of what remains to be said about previous days.
As I walked to the Colosseum yesterday, I followed the bank of the river Tiber, which splits Rome in half and flows through a gorge some one hundred feet below the city level. Down by the river it is quiet and peaceful while above the city rages on but is perceptible from below only as a distant hum. Bikers, joggers and those seeking a moment of solitude use the river bank and one is mostly alone; a precious treat in a city of more than four million people.
As I was enjoying my walk, I noticed what I thought to be the trailers and lights of a movie crew, but upon asking found out that they are setting up for an open air opera and that tonight they will have a dress rehearsal. I asked where is the best location to view the show and I was told to use the other side of the bank. I will do this tonight and will film a bit so you can enjoy it too, but I doubt my mobile phone camera, which has only a wide-angle lens, will be able to capture any details from the distance of the other shore.
I should mention that prior to setting out to find the Colosseum and photograph it for you I dropped a letter at the Vatican post office for Pope Francis with copies of days 6 and 7 of the hunger strike updates. As usual, I signed each daily update and added “A Son of Man” under my name and signature. I also stopped by the Sala Stampa, the Vatican press office, and dropped a thick package for Signore Federico Lombardi, the man in charge. The package contained the 94 page communication with the Holy See and copies of the first seven daily updates of hunger strike.
That way no one can say they did not know. I make sure to send all my letters to Pope Francis by registered mail and I keep the receipts as evidence. The Vatican can run but it can’t hide. I will shove the truth in their faces until they are forced to admit it.
On the subject of controlling all eight deadly sins I am happy to report that it is far easier than I thought. Even the sexual drive is safely under control and poses no problem whatsoever. It is too early to say, but I did not think it would be that easy to discipline the mind and free it of these earthly distractions and temptations. Maybe I was meant to be a monk. The thought always appealed to me, but never more than the world.
The Vatican’s representative, Andre Petersen, has been communicating with me regularly. So far he has been trying to convince me to become Catholic and argues that I could more easily change the Church from within. I said if that were the case the Church would have long changed its ways.
He reiterated his position as follows:
“After meeting with Grand Council and long prayerful reflection, I think you should consider becoming a Catholic and hence entering a period of inquiry into the church.”
I also responded as follows:
“I like Catholicism, Andre, which is why I baptized my children in the Catholic rite, but I know I can be of much greater use to the world and to the renewal of faith, of all faiths, if I am perceived as a religious figure common to all mankind. The world needs unity and I can contribute to this much needed unity.
Wonderful things will happen in Rome this summer. Have faith!”
Our dialogue continued over the past few days as follows:
Andre: “Two things will keep you in the field there. How your money holds up, and the most important thing, your health. No cause is worth sacrificing your life over. Give it a month maximum and then you will have highlighted your cause.”
Me: “Last time I stopped after 46 days because I ran out of money. This time I will go to the bitter end as it looks like the financial side is taken care of.”
Andre: “Providing the bitter end does not lead to serious injury or death. Why not attend a Sunday morning Mass service and speak to the Father afterwards. It’s always easier to reform an institution from the inside.”
Me: “I attended this morning’s mass here at the convent church. It was lovely. I am not afraid of dying, Andre. What I am terrified of is having to explain to my children why I did not protect them and to have no good answer to give them. I will do what it takes to protect my children and everyone else’s children so long as religious and secular authorities collude in genocide.”
Andre: “I am having an Opus Dei meeting and meal tomorrow in Windsor where I shall mention you. I could possibly put you in touch with someone from CAFOD.”
Me: “I would appreciate it and I look forward to hearing from either CAFOD or Caritas, as I see CAFOD is part of Caritas and the latter must have representation here at the Vatican.
Andre, you will be proud to know that I took the sacrament today and that it’s not the first time. The priest seemed very nice and genuine.
When you meet with Opus Dei could you please ask that I be granted permission to pray every day on St. Peter’s Square on the West wind marker? It is symbolic and that spot draws me to it for some reason, but it is often fenced in. By the way, those fences are destroying the looks and the spirit of the place. It makes St. Peter’s look like an open air prison and the worshippers like rats in a maze. It’s disgraceful. I would appreciate it if you obtain permission for me to pray on the West wind marker at any time, except mass of course and special events.
In case you wonder which West wind marker I mean, please see the video of my first prayer. You will see that I am standing on it.” https://www.youtube.com/
It’s good to know the Church is concerned about me. It means we are dealing with reasonable people who genuinely care. As long as that remains the case, this hunger strike can only have a happy ending.
Hunger Strike Protocol:
Heath K. Diane, who is a delightful lady and one of my main supporters, wrote this morning:
“You’ve dispelled a lot of the fear out of a hunger strike, Kevin. Since Paleolithic times, humans have been designed to fast intermittently, because sometimes there is no food to be had…but you are demonstrating that even starvation for a controlled time period possibly has few if any harmful effects, and likely provides many benefits.”
I answered:
“That is the very secret of a successful hunger strike. You have to know and to believe that it will be great for you and that you are doing your mind and body a great favor by strengthening them both, which is indeed the case.”
Attitude is everything. If you fast with positive thoughts in mind and with the certainty that there will be only positive results then that is what will happen. Alternatively, if you fast with negative things in mind and think that you will get sick then that is what will happen. The mind dictates the outcome because the mind controls the body. It is that simple.
Fasting is easy if your mind is strong. And your mind can only be strong if you have a worthy motivation. Your motivation can be your health for the sake of your children or simply for you own sake. Motivation, therefore, is key to a successful fast or hunger strike.
Once you find a motivation and start the fast and set a specific timeframe in mind or endeavor to go to your very limits, etch two things in your mind: that you have burned all the bridges and there is no going back, and that cheating is not possible because you cannot cheat yourself.
Don’t think you can cheat. Your conscience will not let you.
As a sideline, there are lifelong benefits from learning never to deviate from your conscience. You conscience is your portable God, your pocketbook God. Listen to it. Don’t cheat yourself. Don’t cheat your conscience. If you do, you will cheat yourself out of a conscience and you will not have that encyclopedia of knowledge and of instinct on you anymore and working for you anymore. You will be stripped naked of your most valuable possession, your inheritance from your thousand upon thousand forefathers and from the grace of all-knowing Nature, and regardless how much wealth and fame you accrue you will be dirt poor and you will have nothing to give your children that is lasting and truly valuable, your good example, which is only possible if you are in sync with your conscience.
So, find a motivation, set a timeframe, and let your conscience be your guide.
To strengthen your resolve it helps to start the fast with a symbolic gesture. I go to a light switch and turn it off. And as I do I say, “Hunger on. Hunger off”, and from that moment hunger no longer exists. I erased it from my memory.
What still exists are cravings and appetites. And you must deal with them the way a Buddhist deals with life. Stay in the moment and let all cravings leave your mind as fast as they entered it. Turn your mind into a sieve and never dwell on any cravings. Visualize every craving as entering through one year and exiting just as fast through the other. It works.
What also works is to keep busy. Idle moments lead to cravings and cravings lead to hunger. Walking is the best way to get busy because it gets you away from the fridge and burns calories in the healthiest way possible. It is a low impact activity and it does not force any muscle or joint in the body beyond what it can already do. The more you walk the stronger you get. That is why I walk every day 10 to 20 kilometers, that’s 6 to 12 miles. In a city as beautiful as Rome, that is also an adventure and a discovery. If no such man-made beauty is available to distract you and to keep your mind focused on things other than food, walk in nature. That is even better because the air you breathe is clean and the sounds of nature soothing and entertaining.
As you shed weight from day to day you start feeling lighter and more energetic. And because the weight loss is so fast and substantial during a hunger strike you are rewarded from day to day with a lighter body and a clearer mind and sharper senses. The quick rewards strengthen your motivation.
An additional motivation is all the money you will save. It is ludicrous that people pay money for fancy diets when losing weight is not only free but also a financially rewarding enterprise because it saves you money.
Perhaps the greatest motivation, if you have the staying power, is the spiritual rewards that are forthcoming from a prolonged fast. They are extraordinary and hard to describe, quantify or qualify, which is why asceticism is part and parcel of every religious tradition. It’s the best and fastest way to reach a state of grace. I suppose hungering is humbling and humility leads to sanctity.
Drink only water for the first week and the occasional fruit juice, if you feel faint. But whatever you drink must be free of depopulation poisons. So drink only out of glass and only non-fluoridate water. To make sure I drink the best water, I buy glass bottled mineral water. Here in Italy I drink Fiuggi. It’s an excellent water and it’s naturally carbonated (“oligominarale”, as the Italians say), which makes it easier on the stomach.
If you drink out of plastic then your fast will be a poisoning exercise and not a detoxification one. The same if you drink fluoridated water. It is particularly important to drink the best water possible when you fast because that is your body’s only sustenance.
If children want to try this I suggest they start with a two day fast. Then a couple of weeks later they can do a four day fast, and so on. They must also drink freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice because their bodies need the nourishment to keep building tissue for normal growth. That will shrink their stomachs gradually and strengthen their minds just as gradually.
One thing to keep in mind, it makes no sense to fast without also accelerating your regime of physical exercise. That is the only way you will burn that fat fast enough to see substantial daily changes, which make you jump up and down with joy and keep you motivated.
Stay with it and before you know it you will be levitating.
Unless you do something for the world, as I am doing now, I see no point in fasting below your ideal weight.
Interestingly, all religions have built fasting into their rituals. They did this to combat food scarcity but also to instill discipline and preserve good health. It’s a pity the old teachings have been largely lost, at least in western society. But that does not mean they cannot be easily recovered. They are there but need to be dusted off and brought back alive.
Before I conclude, I should mention that my sole preparation for a hunger strike consists of eating as much liver as I can for the two weeks prior to the hunger strike, as that gives me additional stores of Vitamin B, and of drinking a lot of freshly squeezed orange juice to increase my stores of Vitamin C. I also eat a lot of meat for extra weight and indulge all my tastes as reward for sacrifices to come. Since I habitually eat enough vegetables I don’t need to increase that, but if I still had a normal life and lived in my own home I would juice with vegetables prior to a fast in addition to the abovementioned strategies.
By the way, the reason I wrote about this topic today is because several people have asked me to. I guess people are amazed at my ability to control hunger and lose weight, but it’s really nothing to it.
You just have to want it. Make it a priority in your life and you will get it.
